Swarm collection

If you have encountered a swarm in the Barnstaple and Ilfracombe area of North Devon I am willing to attempt to collect it and re-home it, if practical to do so.

A swarm of bees typically temporarily lands somewhere such as on a branch or gatepost before moving into a permanent home such as a hollow tree, chimney or cavity wall. Hopefully we can catch it in time.

Things to consider:

Is it actually a swarm of honeybees and not wasps, bumble bees, solitary bees, hornets, or lots of bees on a really yummy flowering plant?

Is there reasonable access?
